Sales concept for your company: “Ihr-Vertrieb.de”

This was precisely the task of our company owner. Klaus Lino Ruatti developed our sales system "Ihr-Vertrieb.de" in 2021, and we have been using it ourselves since the beginning of 2022.
From 2022 to June 2024, we have already generated several million euros in net revenue for two companies with this system, with orders ranging from €1,000 to €30,000. Our current focus is on government agencies at all levels.

We now offer this process to our customers through our call center in Uhingen. Our system may also be a partial solution to your sales needs. We would be happy to conduct a non-binding initial consultation via online video call.
Procedure:
- The client shows us his service profile (products and services), the bestsellers and what he wants to sell, which industries are served today.
- Joint development of arguments, unique selling points, competitors, current industries, possible additional industries
- The call center's task is to attract new prospects, contact existing prospects and, if requested, call existing customers regularly.
- Planning of the deployment by our call center
- Depending on the product and agreement, we refer interested parties to the client's internal sales department or sell it through our company Ruatti (e.g. necessary for the client's dealer concepts).
Perfomance:
- Development of chains of argumentation after instruction by the client
- Creation of telephone guides for employees at Ruatti
- Telephone sales D A based on the client’s address material
- Development of additional address material for D A
- Support for existing customers through regular telephone calls and generation of follow-up orders
Remuneration:
- Monthly net basic amount for Ruatti is agreed upon jointly for drafting and telephone sales
- Possibly purchase addresses from well-known address companies
- Agree on a commission for orders placed by an end customer for our client. Claims arising from orders from these customers are valid for a period of 5 years.

- Products for authorities and organizations
- Products requiring moderation such as software, hardware
- Systems requiring moderation such as machines for production
- High-quality services
- Further areas by arrangement
